Our Automation team have done a fantastic job working with R G Carter in upgrading this shopfront door in Suffolk!
The shopfront door is part of a listed building and the existing floor spring pair of doors were difficult for customers to enter/exit the building
As the original pair of doors were narrow, a simple automatic system would have proved tricky and as a listed building the doors had strict modification rules.
The solution was a new swing door constructed to look like the original pair of doors and our Automation team installed full low energy automation equipment which included operator, sensors, push buttons and finger guards.
The old doors put into storage so if they ever need refitting they can with no damage to the existing frame!
