We specialise in all types of commercial door systems and, due to ambitious expansion plans, are searching for a Customer Services Coordinator to join our team.

This is no ordinary coordinator position, and the salary has been designed to reflect this. You will be the central hub in one of our four departments. You will work closely with both customers and engineers to ensure the smooth implementation of our first class service. Full on-the-job training will be given.

You will be proactively managing tasks from booking in future works and suitable equipment (scissor lifts etc) through to compiling data for the HOD and imputing of completed work orders and time sheets on to “Big change”, our works software.

You will have an excellent attitude to customer service and a commitment to training and development. You will take instruction well and be a proactive learner. You will also speak out if you can identify better ways of operating – we are always looking for ways to develop our systems.

Formal experience or qualifications, although desirable, are not required for this role however an interest in a challenging, dynamic and exciting career is essential.

This is a full-time role at 40 hours per week (08:00-17:00 with an hours lunch break) working out of our head office in Thetford.
