24/7 Emergecy Repairs: 0800 1444 338
Operating upto a rapid 3 m/s to keep your logistics moving without delay. If an accidental forklift collision occurs, the flexible curtain safely detaches and automatically re-inserts itself on the next cycle, ensuring zero operational downtime.
Heavy plant traffic requires a doorway system that can keep up. Standard rigid doors are too slow for modern logistics and highly vulnerable to accidental vehicle collisions.
Conventional roller shutters operate slowly. In fast-paced warehouses or manufacturing plants, forklift drivers often approach doorways before they are fully open, leading to inevitable, forceful collisions with the door frame or curtain.
A rigid door hit by a forklift suffers severe structural damage. This compromises site security, breaches environmental seals, and requires expensive emergency call-outs—causing hours or days of massive operational downtime.
The DynamicRoll® opens at a rapid 2.5 m/s. It features zero rigid elements. If impacted, the flexible curtain harmlessly detaches from the guides. On the very next cycle, the patented self-repair system automatically re-inserts the curtain - zero damage, zero downtime.

Withstanding wind resistance up to Class 4, it provides a robust external barrier for high-traffic loading areas.

Hermetic sealing and simple cleaning make it ideal for separating internal processing zones and clean corridors.

Maintains strict environmental control in greenhouses and processing plants, operating flawlessly between -10°C and +70°C.
The DynamicRoll® relies on gravity technology and an extruded black polyethylene profile. Engineered to perform in excess of 1,000,000 cycles with virtually zero required maintenance to the guide mechanisms.
Patented self-lubricant guide with sealing gasket. If impacted, the PVC curtain zips straight back into the columns.
Standard opening speeds up to 2.5 m/s, with an optional upgrade to an industry-leading 3.0 m/s.
Maintains operational integrity even with wind speeds up to 60 km/h (20 m/s) during door opening.
